Instead, we care about our customers and seek opportunities to help each person find the right pieces of furniture to beautify their home living spaces. We take pride in our customer service and aim to give our customers the best possible experience while they shop in our store.

Even after purchase, our goal is to always provide exceptional customer service. If the furniture you purchased from Plymouth Furniture and Bedding Showrooms is in disrepair, call us. We will work with you and the manufacturer to ensure that all furniture under warranty is repaired. No run around, just great service.

If you have purchased the Product Protection Plan extended warranty call them directly at 1 800 546-2109

If you have purchased the Ultra Shield Fabric or Leather Protection and you have a fabric or leather issue please call them directly at 1 800 866-9636

If you have purchased a mattress protector and it failed please call Leggit & Platt directly at 1 800 233-7225

If your furniture was purchased in the clearance center there is no warranty but we do service everything we sell. If you need service for your clearance center purchase please call or email us. Please provide us with the date of purchase, invoice number, model number and serial number, manufacturer, what the issue is, the name on the invoice and your telephone number. Service calls are billed at $45/hour, minimum $45, Inspection call is $30. To call the Clearance Center dial (920) 892-6006 then press 3 for the Clearance Center.

If your furniture was purchased in Plymouth Furniture & Bedding Showrooms the warranties differ by manufacturer but Plymouth Furniture & Bedding Showrooms gives a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects. This warranty has no deductible, no charge for labor and no charge for parts. If the furniture was delivered by Plymouth Furniture & Bedding Showrooms we will not charge extra to service your furniture in your home or charge to pick up the furniture to repair it. If the furniture was picked up originally you are responsible for dropping off and picking up your furniture for service. To request service please call or email us. Please provide us with the date of purchase, invoice number, model number, serial number, manufacturer, what the issue is, the name on the invoice and your telephone number.
