Delivery

Plymouth Furniture will arrange delivery for you at the time of your purchase for any in-stock furniture. For special orders, we will contact you when your furniture is ready for delivery and schedule a delivery date. You can rest assured that your furniture will be inspected to ensure it is free of any defects and will be delivered to your home in timely fashion. We deliver your furniture directly to the room you want it placed in.

Delivery Fee

There is a nominal delivery fee based upon the merchandise purchased.

Delivery Times

Our normal delivery times are Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings and Saturday mornings.

Delivery Areas

Our delivery area is unrestricted. If you order it and want it delivered, we will see to it that your item is promptly delivered to your home.

Home Preparation

In order for the delivery to run as smooth as possible, we ask you to:

• Determine the location for your new furniture in advance of the arrival of our drivers.
• Clear all passageways and the room in which your furniture will be placed. Our employees are not responsible for moving your existing furniture from one location to another location.

Balance Due

If there is a balance due at time of delivery, please have your payment prepared in advance for the driver.
